With the aid of new technology our technicians can access your computer via your internet connection. You can watch our technician fix your computer – it’s just like they’re sitting in front of your computer because you can see everything they do on your computer monitor.
Is it safe?
Yes, you couldn’t be in better hands. All remote support is preceded with a telephone call so you can speak to your technician prior to the service. Our technicians are carefully selected and interviewed to make sure they have the nesessary skills and personal skills to work with our customers.
Can anyone else access my computer?
No. The software we use to connect to your computer uses a secure method for transmitting information between us and your computer – it is not possible for anyone else to see the information stored on your computer.
Does this mean you can connect to my computer after the service?
