Trojan Removal
What exactly is a Trojan?
Trojans can be defined as a program that appears to have some beneficial purpose, but really hides its true malicious intent. Trojans inherit their name from the ancient Greek trojan horse which was used to sneak an army through a fortified gate. The trojan horse was offered as a gift to the unsuspecting victims.
How do trojans infect me?
A trojan may infect your computer by masquerading itself as a windows update. The fake windows update for all intents and purposes looks like a legitimate program and launches itself when the user agrees to install. Another method employed by trojans is to appear as an antivirus program; a pop-up may appear on your screen which appears to be scanning your system for infections. A warning screen will appear telling you that your computer is infected and prompting for removal. These trojans are known as rogue malware cleaners (see picture below).

First and foremost, you must use a quality antivirus program like Kaspersky. Trojans can be very difficult to remove and your current antivirus program may be unable to clean your system. We specialise in removing stubborn trojans from your computer
